01The service
Pintell collects public procurement notices published by multilateral development banks and their borrowers, organises them and offers tools that help a vendor decide whether and how to bid. Pintell does not submit bids, sign documents or act on anyone’s behalf in a bank’s or borrower’s procurement system.
02Accounts and organizations
Member sections require an account and an organization confirmed by an operator. An operator may refuse or suspend an organization, for example when its details cannot be verified. You are responsible for the people you invite into your organization and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
03Accuracy of the information
Notices are mirrored from their publishers and may change or be withdrawn at the source. Requirements, eligibility results, contacts and summaries are produced automatically and each carries its source. They support your own reading of the notice; they are not a decision of the procuring entity. Confirm the details, especially deadlines, at the source before you bid.
04Acceptable use
Do not copy the service in bulk, resell its content, try to reach another organization’s data, or use contact details for anything other than the procurement they relate to.
05Your content
Documents and company data you enter remain yours. We process them only to provide the service to your organization and never show them to other organizations.
06Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Pintell is not liable for a lost bid, a missed deadline or a decision taken on the basis of information shown in the service.
07Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the service before they take effect.
