About Pintell
What Pintell does
We mirror procurement notices from the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and the EBRD, read the qualification requirements in the notices and their documents, and compare them with the profile of your company. The result is a list of requirements with a verdict for each and the sentence it came from.

How we work
Every requirement shown to a vendor carries a verbatim quote from its source. If a quote cannot be found in the document, the requirement is not shown.
Deadlines are pinned to an exact moment only when the notice allows it; otherwise the page says how exact the time is.
Amounts in different currencies are never compared without an exchange rate. Without one the verdict is “unknown”, not a guess.
Documents your organization uploads stay private to it. Other organizations never see them.
Where the data comes from
All tender data comes from notices the banks and borrowers publish. Each notice page links to its original, and the data sources page lists the publishers and their licences.
