Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Pintell processes, why, and what choices you have.
Last updated 24 September 2026

01What we collect

Account data (your name and e-mail address or phone number), handled by our sign-in provider; organization data you enter (name, type, country and company profile); documents you upload; and, only with your consent, page-view statistics.

02Data from public notices

Tender notices name procurement officials and bank staff with their work contact details; the banks and borrowers publish these themselves. We show them only with the notice or project they belong to, keep professional information only, and remove an entry on a justified request.

03Company data and consent

Company data is processed on the basis of the confirmation you give when you set up the organization: that you may share it with us. It is used to check eligibility and to prepare bids, and it is visible only to members of your organization and to the operators who review organizations.

04Service providers

We use Clerk for sign-in, Sentry for error reports and, only with your consent, PostHog for usage statistics. Each processes data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms.

05Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. Statistics cookies are set only after you allow them, and never when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

06How long we keep data

Account and organization data are kept while your organization uses Pintell and deleted on request afterwards, except for records the law requires us to keep.

07Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

08Usage statistics

Usage statistics are not collected on this site.
